the total stay was good on a business trip. units with 2 beds. had a tub and a shower in the bathroom. the location was comfy - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. bakery doughnut time located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The hotel in this city is conveniently located near the freeway and Berkeley. Clean room and great hotel facilities. Friendly staff and convenient public transportation options nearby.

The fact that the room was clean the heater worked unlike the last hotel I stayed in and it was 32°that night

The fact that I requested new towel's but didn't get them until 4pm that afternoon & you had to walk a mile just to get to any public transportation area was OK even tho the projects were just two blocks away

Great location near highway and BART, quiet room, welcoming staff, close to shopping, good cleaning service.

Felt super lucky to have found it, nothing to complain about.

The bathroom facility was dirty and old. Did not feel safe to take a shower in the room.

The staff here is great and kind, the rooms are quiet with 2 beds, and there's a microwave and a refrigerator for guests.

The room was spacious and clean. Wifi connection was fantastic! Parking lot was included. The noise level was low given the fact the hotel is on a main road.

The sink was outside the bathroom. The area was ok. I did not feel comfortable walking to places.

I had a pleasant 3-night stay at this hotel. the staff was friendly and efficient with every request. My guest room with a king-size bed, coffee maker, and ashtray was fancy.
